Do you repair commercial premises too?

Yes, we do! We conduct work on both residential and commercial premises, ensuring high-quality service and craftsmanship for all types of properties.

What is your warranty for the work done.

Warranty period shall start from the date of completion.

Maintenance and repair work: 90 days workmanship warranty.

Full renovation work: 1 year workmanship warranty.

Water proofing work: 1 year workmanship warranty.

How do we report for defect within warranty period?

Call for warranty shall be made via WhatsApp +65 8318 9200 or email at [email protected]

All report must be completed with the order numbers and clear images/videos of the defects. Validity of claims subject to the nature of defect and within the warranty period.

How can we proceed to get a quotation from you?

You may start by clicking the orange button on this page. You will get a message via WhatsApp and follow through the sequence.

Basically we need to quantify, there are 2 ways to get a quotation.

1) Owners data. You give us a complete data as instructed in the message sequence.

2) Request for onsite survey - Our surveyor will be attending the appointment. $25 is payable, this charge will be refunded(via the new order) when the job quoted is awarded to HRD within 14 days
